88478 - Minor bookmarks.html corruptions in 0.9.2

After moving to the latest (speedy :) milestone, I saw my bookmarks.html file
getting corrupted again (See bug #78935 and duplicates).

This time it's a lot less worse now, I tried moving my sane copy I have backed
up to my profile dir, modifying it, then re-exporting it. I also tried deleting
all bookmarks then importing the sane copy, al in the bookmarks interface, then
adding the new url's, then exporting; both gave me the same crooked output, I'm
attaching both the input and output html files here.

UPDATE: The duplication in the bookmarks file is consistent and reproductible on
my box, I always get the same duplications at the same places. I believe it's a
weird and rare problem in the bookmarks system that only this combinition of
bookmarks can reproduce, since none of the fixes the bookmarks system got
throughout the releases fixed the problem.
