That's nice. Gecko is now immune to Gaia changes on this Settings key, so landing this has no obvious effect on Gecko side. See bug 883798.

We need to land this entry to b2g18. Please see bug 887815, comment #8. However, bug 875854 doesn't land to b2g18 either. Not sure we should land all the missing settings or just |ril.sms.requestStatusReport.enabled| only.

Please see bug 887815, comment #12. The default value of |ril.sms.requestStatusReport.enabled| should be *off*.
