Details

The calendar subtree in SVN contains mostly content that can be deleted, but perhaps a few items that must be migrated. This bug is blocked by some bugs that speak to specific content; but this bug itself is concerned with the big picture: 

Do whatever it takes to migrate, move, and redirect things so that we can delete the content (http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.org/trunk/projects/calendar/) and the enclosing directory itself (calendar) from SVN.
