On PII-300 box, the keyboard input in the url bar is extremely slow, even with
the 'url autocomplete' turned off. I don't recall it being so slow in the 0.8.x
series. (I have seen similar complaints on /.)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use a PII-300 or slower machine
2.type stuff in the url box
3.
Actual Results: annoying response rate for typing.
Expected Results: kept up with normal typing speed.
This lag does not occur in forms etc... The slow response only occurs in the
url bar.

This is a dup of one of: bug 83205 bug 75511 or bug 78757. See the comments,
not just the summary. I'm picking 83205.
