BuildID: 2001062815
I'm visually impaired, so I prefer to use a text size of 150%. When I visit some
Web pages, the text size resets back to 100%, and I have to set my preferred
value again. The same happens when the new window appears.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the text size to 150%.
2. Open the URL mentioned above.
Actual Results: The text size is reset back to 100%, although menu does not say so.
Expected Results: The text size should stay at 150%.

Confirm buggy behavior, win98, mozilla0.9.2, on any framed site. Actually, the
text size doesn't seem to be reset; the menu still says it's set at 150%, and if
you go to a non-framed page after step 2 (say, http://www.mozilla.org/ ), the
text appears at the correct 150% size again. So apparently the frames don't
inherit the text size when browsing to a framed page, but rather when setting
again from the menu.
