End key locks cursor at end of line in textboxes

Details
This happens in both multi-line textboxes and in the e-mail window. Type the following into a multi-line textbox: Blah) Press home, then press end. Now press left. Expected: Cursor moves left. Actual: Cursor remains at end of line.
Note that this may not be reproducible on the first line or when first typing into a textbox. After several minutes of working with a textbox try to duplicate this - it seems to happen with any text when pressing the "End" key. Text editing problems are definitely nsCatFood and need to be fixed ASAP.
