Currently, I am unable to manually adjust my brightness settings after disabling auto-adjust.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Settings → Display
2. Uncheck 'Adjust automatically'
3. Attempt to adjust slider to increase brightness
Actual Results
Unable to adjust slider, it is seemingly not responding to touch input
Expected Results
Ability to adjust slider to increase or decrease brightness

This is not a duplicate of that bug. Please re-read the steps. I am on today's m-c Nightly and am still unable to manually adjust brightness.

I confirm that occurs in Keon device Boot2Gecko 1.1.0.0-prerelease compiled 20130729051154
Actually if you try many times, is achieved.
But this is really complicated.

More info, in Unagi device 1.1.0.0-prerelease compiled 20130719070225 the slider working properly.

The patch of bug 896594 will be uplifted to v1-train.
