Moving selection changes discussed in 856264 into this followup bug.

When you long press on a link with touch, the item underneath the context menu should be selected when you close the context menu.

Talked with Yuan about behavior--we're going to highlight (with the selection monacles and all of that) links and images, but not videos (basically, inline and inline-block elements) underneath the context menu when you longpress.
