The Header text is truncated in the "edit message" menu (Правка сооб...)

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Buri/Inari/Leo/Unagi Build ID: 20130621070212
2) Open SMS app with existing messages from the home menu
3) Open the "edit mode" (check-mark) icon in the right corner 

Actual:
The header is truncated

Expected:
All stings are visible and not truncted

This happens for many other shipping locales, and sometimes looks quite bad.
Adding a need info from UX team
