891973 - Schedule gaia-unit-tests on ubuntu-64 on all trunk branches

The gaia-unit-tests have been running mostly green lately on ubuntu-64 on cedar. In order to speed up disable-and-fix cycles, let's schedule these tests on all trunk branches.  We can initially hide them until we get a pass rate that is sufficient to allow us to unhide them.

Ubuntu-32 runs are not green and should not be scheduled; it seems likely we will not be turning these on at all, pending the outcome of a thread on dev.gaia:
