Details

1. Go to any page with a dropdown list (e.g., Mozilla's bugzilla new bug form page)
2. Expand the list.
3. Attempt to scroll the list with a new, 2-finger gesture on a touchpad that's been added to Windows 8.
4. Observe the list collapsing instead of scrolling.

This works in IE.

What's your touch pad's vendor? If it's Synaptics, I guess that this is dup of bug 766778.

Perhaps, bug 953146's patch fixes this bug. Would you test with Nightly on your environment? Today's or tomorrow's Nightly will have the patch.
