PREREQ: Device is in Portugues (do Brazil)  

Repro Steps:
1. Update device to build 20130711070209
2. Open the Marketplace app.
3. View what is listed
4. Click on Pasjans/Solitare
5. View what is listed

Actual Results:
The Marketplace is not fully localized in Portugues (do Brazil)  

Expected Results:
Marketplace is fully localized in Portugues (do Brazil)

The Marketplace is being actively localised in Portuguese. We can keep this bug open, but the localisers are on it.

Current translation stats for pt-BR:
Zamboni needs 872 strings, webpay needs 59, fireplace needs 148.

Peiying works with localizers and is working with them currently on pt-BR.  We don't track incomplete L10n via bugs since it's a moving target and the bugs would simply remain open.
