PREREQ: Device is in Romana  

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130712070210
2) Press and hold homescreen
3) Select Wallpaper
4) View title

Actual:
"Selecteaza inaginea d..." (Select Wallpaper) is truncated/ellipses 

Expected:
The text is not truncated/ellipses

Sorry, there is another bug thats similiar in portugese https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=830157 however I couldnt really recommend a best fix for it, if the word doesnt fit and there isnt an alternative then not sure there is much that can be done.

Speaking about the translation itself, in Romanian that should be "Selectează imaginea de fundal" (in order to clarify the purpose of the image).
If so, does the dialog have enough space for the string ? (the placeholder is dynamic ?)

Perhaps not enough space.

Can you drop "image" from the Romanian string? I.e., literally translated back to English, the string is "Select the background image" right now, and I wonder if we can just translate "Select background", because the image is implied in the context. Google translate made "Selectați fundal" out of that, which might be totally google-wrong, but to give an idea.

I agree with that, assuming the string is only used as in the snapshot provided here. The only thing I am not sure is wether this is just a title.
If this is a generic title, then it should be "Selectare fundal".
If this represents an invitation for the user, then it should be "Selectați fundalul".

(the strict trasnaltion for "wallpaper" is "tapet", but this appears to be unusual in IT or mobile devices, "tapet" remaining only for physical wallpaper glued on walls in houses)
