Description:
The notification text for captured screenshot appears truncated on notification screen when the use sets the language to German (Deutsch).

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130713070207
2) Capture a screenshot (pressing power + home on the device)
3) Slide down to see notifications received

Actual:
The captured screenshot notification text appears truncated on the notification screen 

Expected:
The captured screenshot notification text does not appears truncated

The screenshot notification is only shown after the user manually takes a screenshot with Power + Home buttons. A pop-up at the top is shown for a few seconds and shows the whole text uncropped. Because of this and the face that the German text can't be shortened to fit into the space for the permanent notification, this bug is a WONTFIX.
