Intermittently when applying an update through metro, the browser shuts down on pressing the restart button and doesn't restart.

Tested on latest nightly, Metro Firefox can be updated but it doesn't restart after update.

Haven't seen this in a while, is still happening?
It's an intermittent problem, I'll be figuring out when/if it till happens this iteration. I think it still does sometimes.
When the updater windows service isn't installed or enabled it does, there may be additional cases too though.

I tried a bunch of different things to get rid of this, but what works all the time is simply not showing the splash screen on that extra firefox startup which starts the update. Some other cases of this bug was fixed in the other bug in this same iteration.
