Description:
"Add to home screen" text in browser app is truncated when the user sets the language to Deutch/German. 

Repro Steps: 
1. Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130715070218
2. From the Home screen, tap on the Browser App 
3. Tap on the Star icon
4. Tap on "Add to home screen" option on the option menu
5. "Add to home screen" page is seen

Actual Results:
"Add to home screen" strings (Zum startbuldschirm h...)truncated 

Expected Results:
"Add to home screen" strings (Zum startbuldschirm h...) strings are not truncated

The issue here is again that the string "Zum Startbildschirm hinzufügen" is shared and used as header and button label of the same dialog.

WONTFIX because the button on the pane has the full text.
