894029 - Please recursively change the ownership of the partners bundles dir on stage.m.o

We'd like to automate the updating of hosted partner bundles in bug 884914, but while that's being worked on, we still need to update the currently hosted bundles in bug 894018.

Bundle dir is: /mnt/netapp/stage/releases.mozilla.com/bundles

The bundle dir is currently owned by kneedham.releases, with some files underneath owned by cbook. Neither of these guys are working with partner repacks any more. Releng has inherited this work, but we don't currently have access to the bundles dir. :(

Rather than individually authorizing individual releng accounts, I think the easiest way to update directory ownership with an eye to future automation is to use the same ownership as for the firefox releases dir (/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/, namely ffxbld.firefox.

Can we please recursively change the ownership on the partners bundles dir to ffxbld.firefox?

user/group ownership has been updated to ffxbld:firefox please verify that everything still works as intended.
