Description:
When the user has USB storage enabled with the phone plugged in via USB, when they try to play music, an error message appears. In the Serbian language, this error is not fully localized.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Enable USB storage option in Settings
3) Change the language to Serbian (Sr)
4) Launch the music app and play a song.
5) Plug the phone in via USB to a PC
6) The user will see an error message but part of the message won't be translated into Serbian.

Actual:
Partially translated error message seen in the Music app.

Expected:
Error message should be fully translated into Serbian.

Verified the bug is fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
