When we first started working on OS X in PuppetAgain, I used a version of Gary Larizza's provider from a pull request on github. That's now been merged, after much revision, so we should transition to using the version included with puppet.

This is in use on Mavericks and above, so the change would just be for older OS X's.

Just need to make sure that this is working on newer versions of OS X.
