 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 Wi-Fi will be disabled after turn off the wifi hotspot.
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1)turn on wifi->connect a valid AP or no->return to enter into Internet sharing;
 2)switch on wifi hotspot->turn off hotspot->back to settings screen->wifi is disabled;--->KO
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 KO:wifi should switch on automatically after turn off wifi hotspot;

Looks like duplicate to Bug 855513 - WIFI is not re-enabled when internet sharing is getting stopped and WIFI was enabled before.

It's the same issue,could you please add that patch(https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/312ea5e42aef) into leo?
