Steps to reproduce: -open New mail composition window; -click on the image icon on the toolbar; -in the field "Alternative text" try to input JA text; //note: nothing happen (it is possible to enter us-ascii and Latin-1 in this text field) (observed with 6/28/99 build on JA NT)

I think this is because we haven't got Ender (6262). Accepting bug but I am expecting only a verification for this bug after 6262 is fixed.
Just wanted to add that same is true for the Link text field input and text field in the Address book "Show names containing:..."

gfx text widget is turned on, please verify this bug.

** Checked with 9/16/99 Win32 M11 build ** With this new build, we can input Japanese into the ALT text field. But because of the widget bug (nbsp), we need to insert an ASCII space if you want it to go out. (By the way it does go out in iso- 2022-jp and so this is good.)
