Based on partner expectations, First time launch latency for Email app is max 2000ms. The bug is to track the user story for both (1.0.1, 1.1) releases. 1.1 should cause no regression from 1.0.1.

Hi, Dylan, I saw there has "koi:p1" in the whiteboard and it means it's a must have item. That's why I marked it as koi+. Or, should we use different ways for this? Thanks!

Bouncing the question to Mike then as I don't really know how to interpret that PERF[] tag. I'm not aware of any work that needs to happen for 1.2 here.
