Need a discussion thread tool we can use to put a thread below each event on Air Mozilla.
We will need to resolve the issue of who should become the moderator for each thread, and what the moderation rules should be.
The workload at event creation time is way too high with tools such as Disqus which is currently used for a very few (fireside chat) events on AirMo.
Any final solution must pass both privacy and security review.
We should evaluate Discourse.

We need to define more exact requirements for what this feature needs.

I like the idea of using Discourse. My concern is that it is designed to be a forum and might be hard to implement.
This what I envision as feature requirements: (Interested to hear your thoughts.)
*threaded comment system: main comment thread with single layer reply option
*notification of comment (possibility to turn off?)
*login with persona
*moderation by flagging?

Moderation by flagging is fine. It solves the scalability problem. We need to make the event originator the primary moderator. i.e. when an event get's flagged the event originator gets an email. Producers should have access to a "Flagged Events" page in the dashboard where they can see all the flags.

We probably want to have the ability have more than one moderator.

Actually, going to leave this as resolved. A working prototype has been pushed to master.
Additional features to come are:
* Ability to add/manage this from the request wizard https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=946830
* Automatic updates without having to refresh the whole screen https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=946823
