I'm having trouble verifying this because I'm having trouble adding a page to my reading list, but looking at our context menu code in HomeFragment, we're missing this:

Also, HomeContextMenuInfo isn't even correctly setting the display, so we'll need to do more to fix this than just add that check.
Just confirmed this is indeed a problem.
Capella already has a patch in bug 897764!
