User Story:
As a user I want to be able to track individual lap times without effecting the overall time being tracked by the stop watch so that I can keep track of the duration of individual laps in addition to the total elapsed time.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. After the stop watch has been started, I can initiate the start of a new lap.
2. Initiating new laps does not affect the overall elapsed time shown to me.
3. Initiating a new lap causes the previous lap end duration and end time to be displayed.
4. I can see all completed laps displayed on the screen.
5. The lap duration that is displayed is calculated as the lap end time - the previous lap end time.
6. The duration of the initial lap that is displayed is equal to that lap's end time.
7. I can initiate up to 99 laps before I am prevented from initiating more, however the stop watch continues to advance.
