When the Help viewer is launched for context-sensitive help, the proper category needs to be selected in Contents. This likely means the right topics will need to be expanded as well.
Just some context here: our ToC is rdf-based and doesn't build the little nodes you'd need to select until the tree is opened to the right place. We'll need to xul-ify the ToC and get the selectTOC() stuff going again. Marking some dependencies here.
