Details

When the Help viewer is launched for context-sensitive help, the proper category
needs to be selected in Contents.  This likely means the right topics will need
to be expanded as well.
Just some context here: our ToC is rdf-based and doesn't build the little nodes
you'd need to select until the tree is opened to the right place. 

We'll need to xul-ify the ToC and get the selectTOC() stuff going again. Marking
some dependencies here.

problem we had some time ago about selection in the content area in general, as
opposed to the RESELECTION described in 91207).
