Ian and I both noticed that new page loads show a grey bar with shadow across the top section of the content area. In current Nightly on my device it's brief enough that I couldn't get a screenshot, but previously it stuck around for several seconds. To me it looks like the grey bar of the top of about:home, even on a new tab. Video: http://sdrv.ms/14v3BER There's also some awful artifacting when aborting a new tab, which redisplays the last. I suspect this is a dupe of bug 892267, but the video won't play in FF so I can't confirm.
