899548 - set up mock build configs to use mirror lists from the host environment

Rail noted in bug 895958 that the mock builder configs use 'repos' as the repository hostname.  That's no good, since if the puppetmaster that hostname points to is down, mock will fail.

Instead, mock should be using the same mirror lists that the host environment uses.

I filed this in releng because I don't know enough about mock to know how to accomplish this.  If there are puppet changes that can help, I'm happy to pitch in.

The yum mirror lists for mock are managed by puppet e.g.
http://hg.mozilla.org/build/puppet/file/401e2c4bfc39/modules/mockbuild/files/mozilla-centos6-x86_64.cfg

Well, to be clear, the yum config is managed by puppet.  That's using http://repos, not a mirror list.

Mirror lists need to be separate files.  Is there a way to add additional files via the mock config?

The yum.conf man page suggests that separate mirror list files are _not_ needed:

mirrorlist Specifies a URL to a file containing a list of baseurls. This can be  used
instead  of  or with the baseurl option.

baseurl  Must  be a URL to the directory where the yum repository’s ‘repodata’ direc-
tory lives. Can be an http://, ftp:// or file:// URL. You can specify  multiple  URLs
in one baseurl statement. The best way to do this is like this:
[repositoryid]
name=Some name for this repository
baseurl=url://server1/path/to/repository/
      url://server2/path/to/repository/
      url://server3/path/to/repository/

If  you  list more than one baseurl= statement in a repository you will find yum will
ignore the earlier ones and probably  act  bizarrely.  Don’t  do  this,  you’ve  been
warned.

From what I see on bld-centos6-hp-003, /etc/yum.repos.d/*mirrors are populated already, so we should just need to update the /etc/mock_mozilla/mozilla-centos6*cfg files with extra baseurl values.

Right, but they should be built the same way - DRY (or at least minimize WET spots, which is often as good as it gets in puppet).
