We cannot adjust the volume via indicator bar

1. Launch the settings app
2. Tap "Sound"
3. Drag the indicator bar to adjust volume
* Expected result:
You can drag the indicator bar to adjust volume
* Actual result:
No response while dragging the indicator bar

This has been fixed in bug 896594 and will be uplifted to v1-train and v1.1.0hd.
