Define new key names, "Hiragana
Katakana" and "Zenkaku Hankaku" for GTK, Qt and Android
Now, "HiraganaKatakana" and "ZenkakuHankaku" key names are defined. GTK and Qt also uses "Hiragana", "Katakana", "HalfWidth" and "FullWidth". However, they also need the new key names. Additionally, Android needs these key names.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
On GTK, Qt, Android and Gonk, Zenkaku/Hankaku key (means full or half width) and Hiragana/Katakana key (they are character type name of Japanese language) may not work as separated functions. I.e., they may not work as a toggle key of the two modes and/or we cannot know which mode is activating. In that case, we should use "ZenkakuHankaku" or "HiraganaKatakana" key values for them. https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/dom3events/raw-file/tip/html/DOM3Events-key.html#key-HiraganaKatakana https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/dom3events/raw-file/tip/html/DOM3Events-key.html#key-ZenkakuHankaku
