2. Open the video app

Expected:
2. Added videos are available can can be played

Actual:
2. Add videos to get started message is present. No videos are available

As I logged Bug 901475  and both bugs access the SD card I feel like this bugs are related

This is affecting all video files

Moving to worksforme - there's no patch included here, so we don't know what fixed this.

There was definitely some kind of buggy commit and then a fix because this (as per comment#0) was inflicting v1-train builds too but by today's v1-train build it has been resolved.
