System menus are not shown after updating Nightly

Details
Just updated Nightly to the latest release. After restart the only menu available but not clickable is Nightly.
I can't tell which version I am using as the info menu isn't available. I will now download the latest Nightly version to hopefully fix this.
Right click menus and everything else is working as expected.
