User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/28.0.1500.95 Safari/537.36 OPR/15.0.1147.153 Steps to reproduce: While visiting a webpage (https://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/20030633-leaverbuster-faq), I scrolled down using my mouse (Dynex wireless, Windows 8 compatible). Actual results: The text content would flicker and disappear while scrolling. It would stay disappeared, leaving the text on the dark website background instead of its normal white background. Expected results: It should have scrolled down without flickering, as it did when I used the touchscreen or arrow keys to scroll.
