+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #843107 +++
As discussed in the mobile testing meeting today, we want to run robocop as 3 chunks instead of 2. The goal is to reduce total time for each job to under 30 minutes, as we believe that will reduce the current rc2 retries (long term solution pursued in bug 883539).

We only need this change for pandas / Android 4.0. Android 2.2 rc could be split into 3 chunks for the sake of consistency or if it is simpler, but it is not necessary.
