NS 4.x shows an image on the top of this page, but it is not visible with
Mozilla. Frankly, I don't recall seeing it for quite a long time.

Mozilla 2001071204 (0.9.2 branch) does not see the logo. Funny thing but IE 5.5
does not see the logo as well. NC 4.77 sees it only after a refresh. This may be
wrong table structure. That's why I am not confirming the bug at this time. I'll
attach a testcase. Changing component to Layout.

All my tests on WindowsME. Changing Platform/OS to All/All

My new testcase shows it is not bug 85016 (it has DOCTYPE now). Neither bug 
85516 - no <center> or <div>. I believe this is a dup of bug 88021.

I believe bugs 85516 and 88021 are in fact the same problem, but bug 85516 is
more  genaral (not only tables). Even the fact that IE 5.5 has the same problem
confirms that. Marking as a dup.

Ok, this bug has been marked as a dup, and the original one is now marked fixed.
However, I still can't see the image at the top of this URL with recent builds,
which was all the bug was about. Should I reopen?

Alright, I see this bug in NS communicator but appears in Netscape win XP
2001111403 and Mac OS 2001111508, marking verified (I will send you an email as
to where to enter a bug against NS 4.x)
