In bug 901869 comment 3, I got a bug report about the localized string for the header "Content-Disposition" (mime_smimeEncryptedContentDesc) causing error messages on smtp servers with 7 bit header configuration. To quote further: "The use of UTF-8 in the SMTP-Header is only allowed on servers with SMTPUTF8 support (RFC6531). The 8BITMIME extension (RFC6152) applies only to the body and not to header).
