Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.2+) Gecko/20010710 "View - Apply Theme" menu item should be in ALL modules (e.g., Mail/News) People will not just want the convenient way to switch themes in the browser. Simple theme switching should be available from all Mozilla modules (i.e., Mail/News, Composer, Address Book). I know people that only use Mail/News and who would benefit from being able to switch themes from there.
