As a user, I expect the MDN landing page to be relatively uncluttered and direct me into one of three core activities: search for something across the site (all zones), navigate to the web platform docs/reference/learning zone, or jump into one of the more specific product/ecosystem zones (App Hub, Game Center, etc)

To clarify, when you say "MDN landing page" do you mean the landing page for that zone, or the overall MDN homepage?

Wrapping the following points into this bug...

> As a user, I expect the top level navigation to focuses on the most
> important zones on MDN. The navigation shall include, but not be limited to,
> the primary zones highlighted on the landing page. This interzone, global
> navigation should remain accessible regardless of where I am on MDN.

I might be fuzzy on this bug... but, I think the redesign work helps cover these expectations.
