DE team chooses to localize the web/video content of masterfirefoxos.com.  This means, the localization tasks (excluding video/audio recording/mixing tasks) includes the following, and may not be limited to:
- localization of the "web" content - see the attached file - about 4000+ words
- localization of the "video" audio script - ~ 700 words  
- review and correction of website once the content is being staged
- screening voice talent (if you don't want to do it, let me know) prior to recording
- review of audio tracks with localized script
- review of mixing of video clips with localized audio
- review of the final website for your language and final signoff prior to product launch.

Timeline:
- there are lots of post production work involved after the initial translation
- each assembly and staging of content involves review and verification, some tasks have dependencies of another.
- web content localization is due on August 31
- video audio script is due on August 31
- other milestones yet to be mapped out
- site will be ready by end of Sept or early October.

Hello Alexandros,

As far as I know, there is no page restriction.  I would limit the length of titles of each section (against blue background) if possible without changing the meaning or to be consistent with UI terms (if such terms are used).  However, these are web pages which can be easily adjusted if need be (unlike the UIs on the phone).  

I will also verify with the marketing team on this.

Thank you for waiting and it took a while to put things together.

The site is up and ready for review: masterfirefoxos.mozilla.org/.  Scroll to the bottom of the page, select Hungary in the dropdown menu, and hit Start button.

This is a pretty complex site, make sure among the team members, you know who is reviewing what page, and nothing is left out.  The videos are still in English.  The mixing will be completed later this week and I will share the info as soon as they are uploaded.  

Please Create either a google doc file or a Spreadsheet, with columns for URL (page you see the problem), old text and correction text.  This will help the agency easily locate the targeted text.

As a general note, when capitalizing greek letters you should not include punctuation. 
eg 'Αναζήτηση' -> 'ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ' and not 'ΑΝΑΖΉΤΗΣΗ'.
That's a serious problem on site, we have to find a workaround! 
I'll upload in a few a doc file with the necessary strings. But you have to consider the above issue before landing on site.

On the general rule, if another sentence starts after an all cap word, such as ΑΝΑΖΗΤΗΣΗ (ignore the meaning but only use is as an example), there is a space in between, but people would know the next word starts a new sentence. Or is there a way to distinguish that?

I am not sure how to interpret your question. Could you please provide an example?
I see all cap words only in buttons' text and in first screen [2]. 

Also there is a string not translated here [1].
The string is "Where should I go if I have more questions?" and it's not in the file you provided. The relevant translation is "Που θα απευθυνθώ αν έχω κι άλλες ερωτήσεις;".

Thank you Alexandros.  On the file you attached, is there a way to highlight cells you made corrections?  I understand the issue you raised in comment #15.  Is it because of this issue that you have to make more "global" changes, it is easier to work from the source file?  I was hoping to have a separate file that highlights the text that needs corrections vs providing the updated original doc.  This means the web team (an outside agency) will copy and paste it again and may introduce new errors.

Regardless, you will have a chance to review the pages (website).

Please use the attached file in comment #18 for implementation.  There is a global issue with capitalized Greek words and punctuation that the changes are made in the original source file.  

Once the update is done, we need to review the site again to make sure no new errors are introduced.

There is a change in the text for the web content (NOT the video script).  Look for the old text and replace with the translation for the new text:

OLD TEXT:  Use the awesome bar to enter website URL’s, perform searches, and access your browsing history
NEW TEXT: Use the URL bar to enter websites, perform searches and access your browsing history.

This particular feature is only true for desktop but not for FFOS.  This shows up on http://masterfirefoxos.mozilla.org/#m05/t05/p20 - text for the 3rd image of the slide

Most of these were introduced after we saw the site and decided it should be different. Issues introduced by the agency were only about untranslated text, and the one from Comment 15. But these are fixed now except [1] from Comment 23.
