Details

When I download a file, the file is transferred fine, but the "Saving File" download progress dialog box displays bogus statistics. The "Status" line says "xxx of 0Kbytes". The xxx part is fine, and steadily increases as the file is transferred, but "0K" should be some constant value. The "Time Left" line has *increasing* numbers that stay synchronized with the "Elapsed time" line. They should be decreasing. The "Progress" bar remains blank.
at least the first issue is covered by bug 90074 reporter, could you attach a screenshot?

most of the issues have been fixed in bug 84410, the remaining 0kb issue is bug 90074. However if you think this is suppost to be fixed differently, see bug 89113. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 90074 ***

Argh! In order to attach a screenshot as asked, I repeated the download attempt. This time, of course, the "Saving File" dialog displayed the correct information as the download progressed. I'm sorry, I should not have checked the "bug is repeatable" box so hastily when submitting the initial bug report. I changed the bug status to "closed", and will reopen when I can reliably repeat the symptoms.
