Details 
Settings app automatically connects sco when answering incoming call, if the last call was switched to speaker. The automatic sco connection before answering fails test case HSP_TC_AG_ACR_BV_01_I.
Blocks: 905079
We should toggle the sco connection only when there exists an active call. Since in dialer we set speaker.enabled to false before handling an incoming or outgoing call. Adding the check avoids connecting sco before BT does it.

Alive, could you help to review the patch? This has been tested with BT team and worked well. Thanks!

This does not uplift cleanly to v1-train, there is a conflict in apps/system/js/bluetooth.js in two places.  

Arthur, could you take a look at a branch fix?
