I'm not sure which component the title bar belongs to, so I'm filing against
Browser-General.
Any german unmlauts which are between <title> and </title> are not displayed
correctly in Mozilla's title bar. Instead, the text before the umlaut is
displayed, then some garbage, then "iso8859-15", again some garbage, then the
correct umlaut and the rest of the title. See above URL for an example.
I should mention that the page does not use 8-bit chars, but rather the correct
&szlig; HTML encoding for the umlauts.
I saw this with both Mozilla 0.9.2 and the latest nightly (2001071321).
I don't see this with my window manager but if I ask window properties with
xprop program I can see this in WM_NAME(COMPOUND_TEXT):

  Carl-Daniel Hailfinger hei<ESC>%/1<80><8C>iso8859-15<02>ßt Sie willkommen ...

_NET_WM_NAME(UTF8_STRING) seems to be okay (so probably this is NOT a dup of
bug 88384).
