Fail to open downloaded pdf file from new download manager(Library) by double click.


Steps To Reproduce:
1. Download pdf file
  1-1 Open http://ybb.softbank.jp/support/connect/adsl/pdf/4g_set01.pdf or any pdf
  1-2 Click Download icon of the pdf viewr's toolbar and save file
2. Open new download manager(Library) Ctrl+J
3. Double click the downloaded pdf file

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.
An error in error console:
Error: ReferenceError: Promise is not defined Source File: resource://app/modules/DownloadsCommon.jsm Line: 493

Expected Results:
Open Adobe Reader and load the pdf in the Adobe Reader
