Therefore adding this to tracking Bug 905292 for adding locales in v1.2

Still no Bulgarian in the latest release of 1.2, there is Italian already, and you are adding Esperanto? Who is using this artificial language, it's dead long ago, also 
Gàidhlig, Frysk, Ligure, I really doubt people speaking those unofficial languages(not standard for the country) are more than 6 million - number of people speaking Bulgarian. I have to remind you that Bulgaria is in EU, and you must add that language, without any other conditions - like where the phone is sold and how many are Bulgarians. Obviously for you that number doesn't matter. Also one of the biggest providers was bought by Telenor, which have declared support to FFOS.

A tracking bug is not the right place for this kind of discussions, if you want to help the Bulgarian community translating Gaia into your language I'll be more than happy to direct you.

You're right, but I'm really frustrated, and there is already a full translation, and the language just waits to be included. I have read most of the related bugs, and there was a mention that it should appear together with the Italian.

We have only seen three landings in our repository so far, and that was back in June and July, http://hg.mozilla.org/gaia-l10n/bg/.

Also, just principally, mozilla isn't the entity that's shipping Firefox OS phones, our partners are. If and when which partner will include Bulgarian on devices is at their discretion.

I don't remember where I saw it, in what bug conversation, but I'm not imagining. Let me start from the beginning, I was requesting 24 time format, and it was explained that for now it is dependent on locale (totally wrong). So since in BG we use 24 hours format, I expected to find Bulgarian as other Cyrillic languages, but wait there is no. Also I was requesting for a BG keyboard, guess what - it's also dependent on what locales are included in the build. So for everything we need Bulgarian locale done.
I don't really care about translating the OS, but I'd love to help if this will speed up the include. One more thing, since there is only one seller in Europe - Geeksphone in Spain, in EU, it is not decision of the seller, it's actually your responsibility to include it in, since you want to provide FFOS everywhere you should respect the standards in EU too.
That's why we have developer preview, to install the latest OS versions on our own. 
It's the same case with Samsung phones which are using Android from Google - I don't remember ever any android phone to lack of Cyrillic keyboard, or 24 hour format.
I'm not really in the mood the argue with you if Bulgarian language and keyboard are needed and why. 
This way of behavior doesn't make me want using geeksphone more.

One last time: you are mistaken, partners are the ones who decide which locales are included into the versions we are shipping.
