User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/28.0.1500.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: At the top of the message pane are various buttons, such as Reply, Reply All. Alongside each is a drop down arrow where you can select "Reply in HTML", "Reply in in plain text", and several more options. When the message has multiple recipients, this all works correctly. When the message has only one recipient the Reply All button is absent (correctly, because it makes no sense). However, at the same time the arrow and the drop down disappear from the Reply button. So you no longer have the option to reply in HTML, plain text, etc. Actual results: The arrow and drop down are missing from the Reply button. Expected results: The Reply button should be exactly the same as it is when both buttons are displayed.
The Reply button doesn't have items like "Reply in HTML" or "Reply in plain text". Maybe you installed an add-on that adds these? Incidentally, you can switch between HTML or plain text by holding shift when you click the reply button (likewise with the forward button).
Is there any product / component to handle addon bugs, or these are tracked by addon owners in their own records? Feel free to relocate, otherwise this isn't a Thunderbird bug.

My bad. This is a feature of the extension "Change quote and reply format" and not Thunderbird itself. Sorry to trouble you.
