After landing Bug 907926

I notice rendering glitch of scrollbar and contents if HWA is off.
This problem seems to happen only in Windows7 Classic.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Turn off HWA from Option and Restart browser
2. Open about:support
    --- observe scrollbar
3. Scroll the page
    --- observe rendering at bottom of the view port
4. Move mouse pointer over scrollbar
    --- observe scrollbar

Actual Results:
Scrollbar does not render properly.
Bottom of the view port does not render properly.
Scrollbar will disappear.

Expected Results:
Render properly

This problem also happens on http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/customize/ .
Maybe any page is affected.

This also happens on 26.0a1 (2013-08-26) Windows XP Classic with HWA off, along with all the other blocking bugs of bug 907926, and resizing the browser window makes the artifacts go away.
I'll retest when the patch from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=908822#c7 if 2013-08-27 will be the build with it landed?
