Steps to reproduce:

(Just an example):
1. Save this very page on a local drive.
2. View the source of the newly created .htm file.
3. There's a line there, <link rel="shortcut icon" href="https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/extensions/BMO/web/images/favicon.ico">
4. So when you open the file, favicon.ico is feteched from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org



Expected results:

favicon.ico should be saved on the local drive along with other page-related files and be loaded from it, not from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org.
