Steps to reproduce:
1.open messages app,try to forward a message to somebody
Actual results:
there is no way to forward msg
Expected results:
Msg forwarding should be supported.
By the way,will msg forwarding be supported in V1.1?

For TEF this is a new feature not in 1.1 scope so no need to support it in 1.1HD.
