The gaiatest package needs to be updated to combine the latest from the UI functional tests in https://github.com/mozilla/gaia-ui-tests with the endurance testing functionality.

Thanks Dave looks great! I tried out a few endurance tests and they ran fine.

Update: While running more tests, I notice the gallery_camera endurance test fails because "switch_to_camera" has been removed from the Gallery app.

I've restored these now, so it would be great if you could test again.
