Actual release doesn't show any information when a call is finished. The end user should always be noticed with a popup screen with the reason of the terminated call "User busy" "Call terminated" "Call error" ...

- Make a call to a busy number and check the screen
- Finised an established call and check the screen

The information is not displayed. We need to implement this functionality because it is a certification blocker.

Discussed this yesterday with Jorge from Tef: 

At the end of a call we need to have a screen that informs the user that the call has ended. 
If the call was dropped then we need this screen to tell the user that the call was dropped.

Jorge had an action to reconfirm with the BUs as to exact information that needs to be displayed. Hence this is still sitting in koi? to be reviewed for v1.3

For koi it should be enough having a screen with a message "Call finished" when the call has ended.

We could enhance this behavior in v1.3 including more information (duration, drop call…)
